目的使用Matlab对急性肾功能不全实验中肾脏切面图像进行分析,探索Matlab图像分析技术在学生实验中的可用性。方法 2只家兔随机分为对照组、缺血再灌注组,对比正常动物和肾功能不全动物的肾脏形态、颜色变化情况,使用Matlab进行图像分析和量化比较。结果经Matlab对肾脏图像进行可视化彩色矩阵处理和等值线云图绘制,可有效增强肾脏形态学改变的可辨识性;两组肾脏像素色值构成比在两个色值集中区间(41-120和121-200)均有差别(P﹤0.05)。结论 Matlab可以应用于医学生的教学实验中,为形态学等图像辨别类的分析方法提供可视化、量化的辅助。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the image of kidney segment in acute renal insufficiency experiment and explore the usability of Matlab image analysis technique in student experiment. Methods Two rabbits were randomly divided into control group and ischemia - reperfusion group. The changes of kidney morphology and color were compared with normal animals and renal dysfunction. Image analysis and quantification were performed using Matlab. Results The visualization of renal images was visualized by Matlab and the contours of the kidney were used to enhance the morphological changes of the kidney. The color values of the two groups were higher than those in the two color values (41-120 and 121-200) were different (P <0.05). Conclusion Matlab can be applied to the teaching experiment of medical students, which can provide visualization and quantification for the analysis methods of image discrimination class.
