文章研究了玻璃升降器电机推力中心点位置的变化对车窗玻璃上升和下降阶段力的变化的影响,并以此找出对于某款玻璃最优的推力中心点。首先,对车窗玻璃运动过程中,正面投影和侧面投影进行力的平衡分析和力矩的平衡分析;其次,通过matlab/simulink建立数学模型计算出某款玻璃在电机3个不同的推力中心点位置时的运动过程中电机推力的变化和车窗偏转力矩的变化;最后,分别比较得到的图形数据,找到对于某款玻璃而言的最优推力中心点。 In this paper, the influence of the change of the position of the thrust point of the glass elevator on the rise and fall of the window glass is studied, and the optimal thrust center point for a glass is found. Firstly, the balance analysis and moment balance analysis of the front projection and the side projection are carried out during the movement of the window glass. Secondly, the mathematic model of matlab / simulink is used to calculate the position of a glass in the three different thrust center The change of the motor thrust and the change of the window deflection torque during the course of the movement; finally, compare the obtained graphic data respectively to find the optimal thrust center point for a certain glass.
