 对于单个外力作用下的微动机构,柔度描述了外力与其输出位移之间的关系,是影响微动机构动态性能和精度的重要性能指标。对于多个外力作用下的情况,与之相对应的是微动机构输出位移与其多外力间的关系式。为求解该关系式,采用了柔度矩阵和刚体运动规律相结合的方法,首先对整体进行单元划分,并求解结构中各柔性单元的端点位移与端点力之间的关系式,然后根据各单元间的结构关系求解各不同单元端点力或端点位移间的叠加和协调关系式,最后综合所有求得的关系式整理出输出位移与外力之间的关系式。运用该方法求解了一种微动夹持器的工作端位移,并与限元分析软件的计算结果进行了对比。研究结果表明该方法具有普遍适用性以及可靠的精度,能够用于一般微动机构的性能分析与优化。应用Matlab软件对求得的关系式进行分析,并获得了结构参数优化所需的理论依据。 For a micro-mechanism under a single external force, the flexibility describes the relationship between the external force and its output displacement, which is an important performance index which affects the dynamic performance and precision of the micro-mechanism. For a number of external forces under the circumstances, corresponding to the micro-movement of the output displacement and its relationship between the external force. In order to solve the relational formula, the method of combining the flexibility matrix and the rigid body motion is adopted. Firstly, the whole unit is divided and the relation between the terminal displacement and the end force of each flexible element in the structure is solved. Then, The relationship between the output displacement and the external force is sorted out by combining all the obtained relational expressions. In this paper, the relationship between the output displacement and the external force is solved. The method is used to solve the working displacement of a micro - clamp, and the results are compared with those of the finite element analysis software. The results show that the method has universal applicability and reliable precision, and can be used in the analysis and optimization of the general micro - motion mechanism. The relational expression obtained by Matlab software is used to analyze and obtain the theoretical basis for structural parameter optimization.
