This paper puts forward a design scheme of manual climbing wheelchair which can take part in the groundwork and upstairs, and introduces the structure and climbing principle of the wheelchair, and analyzes the kinematics and dynamics of the wheelchair movement process. The torque of the wheel is calculated by the torque, and the stability of the wheelchair is analyzed by the energy method. The safety of the wheelchair is verified, which provides the basis for the further improvement of the wheelchair.
