针对超级稻大株距稀植要求,提出一种基于双转臂式差动椭圆齿轮系稀植分插机构,适合栽插株距从200~280mm、秧苗高度小于350 mm的毯状秧苗。使用Solid Works对提出的稀植分插机构进行三维建模,检验其装配关系和结构设计合理性。基于ADAMS软件对该分插机构进行动力学仿真分析,得出该分插机构的秧针尖点轨迹、速度、加速度,以及齿轮箱各级椭圆齿轮啮合力和中心轮轴力矩曲线。基于图像处理对提出的稀植分插机构样机进行运动轨迹和姿态测定试验,结果表明:所得的测试结果与Adams仿真所得结果一致。根据现有设备及插秧试验台架对上述空载试验分插机构进行插秧试验,得出取秧率为100%,插秧直立度接近90°。 In this paper, a new type of flanged seedling system based on double - arm differential elliptical gear system is proposed, which is suitable for planting the blankets from 200 ~ 280mm and the height of seedlings less than 350mm. Using Solid Works, the three-dimensional modeling of the proposed sprinkler insertion mechanism is carried out to test its assembly relation and structural design rationality. Based on ADAMS software, the dynamic analysis of the plug - in mechanism is carried out. The trajectory, velocity and acceleration of the needle - picking point are obtained, and the meshing force of the elliptical gear and the moment of the central axle are obtained. The results show that the obtained test results are in accordance with the results obtained by Adams simulation. The results show that the experimental results are consistent with those of Adams simulation. According to the existing equipment and the transplanting test bench, the above-mentioned no-load test insertion and dropping mechanism was transplanted to obtain the seedling rate of 100%, and the straightness of the planting was close to 90 °.
