对柴油机凸轮型线的设计方法进行了研究,通过MATLAB软件编写了凸轮型线的设计程序,并利用MATLAB的GUI功能建立了仿真计算的交互界面。型线设计分为主要参数设计、型线设计两部分,型线设计又分成5个步骤,以方便调整凸轮型线设计的关键参数,以及验证型线设计是否合理。该方法可在以后的工作中进一步拓展,以方便发动机供油系统的设计。The design method of the cam profile of the diesel engine is studied. The design procedure of the cam profile is written by MATLAB software, and the interactive interface of simulation calculation is established by using the GUI function of MATLAB. The profile design is divided into two parts: the main parameter design and the two-part design. The profile design is divided into five steps to facilitate the adjustment of the key parameters of the cam profile design and to verify whether the line design is reasonable. The method can be further expanded in future work to facilitate the design of the engine oil supply system.
