 多电平逆变电路泛指其输出量具有多个电平的电路。由于在高压大容量场合,与传统的两电平逆变器相比较,它具有高电平、谐波含量低等很多优势,因而发展十分迅速。文中首先以二极管箝位式三电平逆变器为例,介绍了三电平逆变器的基本原理,然后简要分析了三角载波层叠PWM技术,最后在MATLAB/Simulink平台环境进行仿真分析,实现了对三电平逆变器的仿真,具有一定可行性。 Multi-level inverter circuit refers to the output of a number of levels of the circuit. Because of the high-voltage large-capacity occasions, compared with the traditional two-level inverter, it has a high level, low harmonic content and many other advantages, and thus the development is very rapid. In this paper, the basic principle of the three-level inverter is introduced, and then the triangular carrier cascade PWM technology is briefly analyzed. Finally, the simulation and analysis of the MATLAB / Simulink platform are carried out. The simulation of the three-level inverter, has a certain feasibility.
