本文对车牌识别系统进行了设计。通过对相关算法分析对比,结合车牌识别流程(包括:车牌图像预处理、车牌定位、字符分割、字符识别),明确各环节采用的算法,并利用MATLAB软件,完成系统的软件设计。本系统对加强道路管理、运营,保障车辆行人的安全,维护社会稳定等方面起着至关重要的作用,并且在车辆监控等方面具有一定的应用价值。This paper designs the license plate recognition system. Through the analysis and comparison of the relevant algorithms, combined with the license plate recognition process (including: license plate image preprocessing, license plate location, character segmentation, character recognition), clear the algorithm used in each link, and use MATLAB software to complete the system software design. The system plays an important role in strengthening road management, operation, ensuring the safety of pedestrians and maintaining social stability, and has certain application value in vehicle monitoring and so on.
