基于热传导方式的汽车冷却系统,波纹散热带尺寸精度对冷却系统的冷却效果有重要影响。本文以波纹散热带的带高、峰距、波峰圆弧半径等参数为研究对象,对波纹散热带滚刀设计方法进行了验证。通过构建渐开线齿轮滚刀成型散热带的数学模型,利用MATLAB求解滚刀的齿数、模数、压力角等结构参数,结合滚刀生产工况经验,选取合适的分度圆上的压力角,然后从解算结果中确定滚刀参数。根据本文提出的数学模型设计的滚刀加工散热带尺寸偏差在1%以内,符合行业内规模化工业生产要求,可被应用于汽车空调散热带滚刀设计领域的算法设计参考。 Based on the heat conduction mode of the car cooling system, the corrugated heatspeed dimensional accuracy has an important effect on the cooling effect of the cooling system.
