以风力发电机的增速箱为研究对象,选用TMS320F28335数字信号处理器(DSP)和3G无线通信模块EM820W搭建硬件平台,设计一种嵌入式的在线实时故障监测系统。该系统利用DSP实现对风电增速箱的数据采集、存储和数据信号的分析等功能,而EM820W无线通信模块则实现数据的无线通信传输功能,将DSP分析的结果和采集的原始数据传送到上位机,从而实现对风电增速箱的远程在线诊断与监测功能,监测增速箱的工作状况。 The embedded real - time fault monitoring system is designed by using the TMS320F28335 digital signal processor (DSP) and the 3G wireless communication module EM820W to build the hardware platform. The system uses DSP to realize the data acquisition, storage and data signal analysis of the wind power transmission box, and the EM820W wireless communication module realizes the wireless communication transmission function of the data, and transmits the result of the DSP analysis and the collected raw data to the upper Machine, in order to achieve the wind power box remote remote diagnosis and monitoring functions to monitor the working conditions of the growth box.
