基于Matlab编制了针对油气弹簧台架试验的数据处理程序,采用四阶多项式分别对压缩及拉伸行程力位移数据进行拟合,得到动静态特性曲线。利用三角函数拟合时间位移数据,通过函数关系得到速度数据,进一步得到油气弹簧阻尼力特性。采用该程序可批量处理台架试验数据,具有较高精度,提高了数据处理分析的效率。 Based on Matlab, a data processing program for oil and gas spring bench test was developed. The fourth order polynomials were used to fit the compressive and extensional travel force displacement data to obtain dynamic and static characteristic curves. Using the trigonometric function to fit the time displacement data, the velocity data is obtained by the function relation, and the damping force characteristic of the oil and gas spring is obtained. The program can batch processing bench test data, with high accuracy, improve the efficiency of data processing and analysis.
